A Master Plan for the Scottsmoor area was developed in response to widespread flooding after a five-day rainstorm in 1991. To help alleviate this flooding as well as treat runoff being drained into the Lagoon from 372 acres of upstream agricultural properties, the Stormwater Program constructed this four-acre pond adjacent to Huntington Road.| Privacy Policy |
